Job Description – Property Co-Ordinator, Yorkshire region, Remote working

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this Property family as a full time Property Co-ordinator, covering the Yorkshire region, working remotely. This brand is the UK's favourite residential and commercial property auction company; we sell more properties than any other auctioneer and operate more auction rooms than anyone else. We also run regular National Online Auctions with eBay style internet bidding from the comfort of your own home and are unique in that we are currently running the real time Livestream format.
 
Key Duties and Responsibilities
 
As a Property Co-ordinator, your role will to be to report directly to the Area Manager for Yorkshire.  This will be a working remotely role, also covering viewings in the South Yorkshire region, with one day a week travelling to Sheffield for a team meeting as well as providing remote support for all telephone and online enquiries for all other regions that are covered.
 
Key duties will include:
 
·Delivering excellent customer service to new and potential clients via telephone, e-mail, online and video communication
·Dealing with online, e-mail and telephone queries and diary management using our internal property software systems
·Qualification of phone calls that are received and the ability to spot new business opportunities and escalate to the relevant Area Manager
·Management and administration of our CRM system to include helping to distribute newsletters, mail outs and uploads to our social media channels
·Communication with our Central Operations team to facilitate the promotion and successful running of online auction lots
·Assisting the team in marketing, advertisement, generating interest and preparation of legal packs for Livestream and online auction lots, including using the Land Registry and other information sources to create and send marketing material
·Dealing with the preparation of legal packs for auction lots and providing assistance for potential buyers and sellers with any queries
·Assisting with the preparation and smooth running of our Livestream auction events and in-room events (when we are allowed to resume these, post COVID-19)
·Attendance at relevant property-related networking events, both virtual and face to face (when allowed)
·Promotion of the brand and services through business development calls and research of potential new clients such as solicitors, Housing Associations, surveyors and any other relevant companies or individuals
·Awareness of all advertisement of online portals such as RightMove and Zoopla with a view to contacting potential vendors to see if they would consider selling via auction
 
Experience
Essential
·Previous experience of working within a busy, office based environment is essential
·Full driving licence and knowledge of the Yorkshire area
·Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport over the phone and respond promptly to online customer requests for information
·The ability to confidently filter customer enquiries and spot key new business opportunities
·Experience of dealing with inbound and outbound sales calls and the ability to oversee enquiries across the different regions that we manage
·The ability to work in a fast paced and changing daily environment
·Previous experience of CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
·Experience of and the ability to post on all social media platforms including Linked In, Facebook and Instagram
Desirable
·Previous property experience would be desirable, as would be a working knowledge of the legal sales process
·Previous experience of property auctions
