My client are looking for a strong Property Consultant/Lettings Negotiator to join our ever growing and award winning Bath Branch. The candidate is someone with a winning personality; bright, meticulous, dynamic, a great negotiator and self motivated – you will work alongside a small but talented, conscientious team to help the business grow and continually provide great customer service to everyone you meet. This is a stimulating position for someone who works well in a fastpaced environment and possesses exceptional customer service skills. You will achieve targets and objectives agreed with the Managing Director whilst the highest standards of customer service are maintained at all times. You will ensure compliance with all relevant Landlord, Tenant, Consumer Protection and Property Legislation and work within a thriving Lettings department.
No two days will ever be the same, but we have outlined some of the main responsibilities of this role below.
- Oversee the comprehensive marketing of available rental properties
- Carry out viewings and liaise with tenants and landlords.
- Negotiate tenancies and offers on rental properties
- Liaise with landlords and advise on suitable applicants
- Complete all end of tenancy checks and deposit negotiations
- Support with tenancy administration and tenant move ins where required
- Support the lettings team as required, assist with holiday cover
- Visit properties to advise landlord on pre-tenancy requirements/refurbishments
To succeed in this role you will need to demonstrate a track record of conducting successful Lettings viewings and landlord/tenant negotiations as well as:
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, impeccable professionalism
- Be a confident team player
- Have a background in property
- Demonstrate impressive customer service skills, an ethical approach and infectious enthusiasm
- Be flexible to work on a Saturday as required (time off will be given in lieu)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year plus target based commissions.
