Our client is a multi-practice property agent, dealing with residential and commercial sales, letting and property management.
We are looking for somebody to join our team in a role focused on business generation for our residential sales and lettings business.
The candidate will need to be a confident person, willing to spend time listening, understanding and helping people; effective listening skills are essential. The candidate will need to be a patient person with the ability to be tactful, considerate and accommodating. Strong verbal and written communication skills are important as the candidate will have face to face contact with prospective customers as well as telephone and email contact.
The candidate will need to take a methodical and organised approach, recording and following up with prospective customers.
This role involves;
·Researching properties on the market for sale and to let
·Engaging prospective customers and developing an ongoing relationship, understanding their requirements, looking for opportunities to help and build trust with prospective clients
·Engaging previous clients and looking for opportunities to assist them with their future requirements
·Helping people find their perfect property
·Some of the role is office based, and some of the time the candidate will be out meeting with prospective customers.
Hours: 9:30am – 2:30pm (flexible working hours available)
Monday – Friday
