Property Advisor - Remote Role
Our client are looking for an experienced property advisor to work in a new and crucial role that has become available within the Property Team. It is an exciting opportunity to be right at the heart of this rapidly growing business. This role requires extensive experience in sales negotiation and advisory in either an estate agency or property search background. They are looking for a candidate who is passionate about property and focused on understanding and helping their clients. You will be a key, senior member of the team, working directly with the Head of Property and will be responsible for handling business all over the UK.
·Working with and supporting the team to build and maintain excellent client relationships
·Guiding new leads through their process, how they work and signing them up as customers
·Managing and advising clients on a multi-agent sales processes
·Advising clients on agent selection and sub-contracting agents
·Monitoring client listings and progressing agreed sales
·Updating vendors on their sale and ensuring they are given the best possible advice in order to get them sold
·Mentoring junior members of the team in relation to client advice
·Advising clients on prime property sales
What you need to thrive in this role
·Extensive proven background in property sales.
·Excellent knowledge of the property sales process.
·Setting and maintaining exceptional standards, leading by example
·Highly self motivated and conscientious with a positive attitude.
·Excellent communication skills. Able to build instant rapport with people of all backgrounds
·Empathy and understanding for all clients
·Highly professional approach with proven track record dealing with prime clients
·Driven by quality
2+ years in a senior role such assistant manager
·Co-working space membership
