Our client are an established and reputable independent agency based in Wendover.
They are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to support the Property Management Team.
As expected of such a role, the successful candidate will be required to fulfill responsibilities which are not necessarily limited to the following:
-Acting as point of contact for tenants and Landlords.
-Coordinating site visits.
- Coordinating maintenance works
-Keeping accurate and comprehensive records on each property.
- Experience of Admin support within the property sector
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Effective communication and organisational skills
