Our quality client in Cirencester seeks a Property Maintenance Coordinator for their offices.
They are an established Lettings Agency based in Cirencester with an enviable reputation for providing the highest levels of customer services.
The suitable candidate will have a background as a Property Maintenance Co-Ordinator or come from a Property Management/Maintenance background and be able to handle a busy work load whilst still offering the highest levels of customer service.
You will be organised, articulate (good telephone manner) with excellent IT skills and be able to work under pressure.
