The directors require an experienced Project Manager to join the team based near Stamford, due to continued successful growth and expansion.
The successful candidate will be joining a well-established family run business. The directors have many years’ experience property and managing large construction projects.
The company is financially strong and well resourced. A skilled team of external professionals advise the company on property matters.
The ideal candidate will:
Have at least 2-5 years relevant experience.
Have PM/QS qualification Graduate preferred, possibly Engineering
Have Construction background
Be confident in a client facing position, with a professional and polished appearance.
Have a strong work ethic
Project Manager responsible for:
Predominately Design and Build projects including:
Financial Evaluation and Budget Control
Cost/Cash Flow Management
Liaise with Contractors
Training will be tailored to individual based on qualifications.
