My client is an Estate Management company operating across London and the Home Counties and they provide clients with comprehensive property solutions in the four key areas of investment, sales and lettings, property management and refurbishment
Their in-depth knowledge and experience of the Central London market ensures they are well equipped to assist clients in achieving their property goals, and their tailored approach provides a consistently professional and personal experience.
They are looking for a Project Manager to join successful and expanding company to run Furniture/Interior design department.
This is a new role to take control of the existing function and apply new methodologies, process and creative input.
Experience in the Interiors market or experience working for a furniture manufacturer, dealer or another Interior/Design - led product is beneficial.
The key responsibilities of the role will include the following:
·Managing internal projects to ensure smooth delivery and see that all quotations are submitted in a timely and professional manner
·Working closely with Business Development and Lettings team to ensure that customer expectations are being met and that an exceptional customer experience is being delivered
·Identify and source new suppliers
·Manage departmental budget
·Secure and develop long-term professional relationships with suppliers and maintain up-to-date knowledge of work-space trends and industry competition
·Identify new business opportunities with key clients
·Help to achieve and exceed agreed Sales targets
·Work closely with Maintenance team to ensure installation has been completed within set deadline
·Effectively manage & maintain furniture stock dispatched & stored to warehouse

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am -6pm
Salary: £28,000-£35,000 OTE p/a
Commission Structure: 5% performance-based bonus annually paid 6 monthly based on KPIs (2.5% per 6 months)
