Our client are a leading Assent Management firm who are seeking a Probate Property Consultant/Administrator to join their busy team.
The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of property, be empathetic, organised and have the ability to work well alone or within a team.
The role in detail:
Working alongside the Corporate Client to assist with their management of a portfolio of properties throughout the sales process. This will involve communicating with Estate Agents, Solicitors, Personal Representatives (PR?s) and sometimes third parties such as Contractors.
Throughout this process you will liaise closely with the corporate client to ensure that the firm are proceeding in line with their instructions and updating them on progress at key stages of the transaction. You will enhance the customer service that the client provides, whilst being able to advise and support them during the lifetime of the case.
Key performance areas:
-Outstanding levels of customer service and communication
-Build strong professional relationships with the Corporate Client
-Accurate record keeping and note taking to ensure an audit trail is maintained
-Maintaining performance within our agreed service level agreements
-Active management of cases to provide both the PR?s and the client with the smoothest possible end to end service
-Achieving pre-agreed business targets
-To be able to prioritorise daily workload to ensure all customer bases expectations are managed accordingly
-Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
-Strong communication skills both written and verbal
-Attention to detail
-IT literate with reasonable typing speed
-Naturally organised with a keen eye for detail
-Customer care/service and life skills experience
-Knowledge of Money Laundering, General Data Protection (GDPA), Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations (CPRs) and the Business Protection from Misleading Marketing Regulations (BPRs) would be helpful, however training will be provided

Upon a successful hire, the new employee will be required to travel to their head office in Bedfordshire for 3 nights to take part in training, all costs will be covered.

The working hours for this role will be Monday-Fridat 9am-5.30pm with an hours lunch break. There will be NO Saturday working hours.
