Experienced Portfolio Manager required for a market leading independent lettings firm in Bristol.
Our Client are a leading estate agency, lettings and management company and are looking for a highly professional property manager to join a highly successful property management team.
Duties of the role will include:
?Keeping up to date with the legislation and processes surrounding property management
?Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
?Dealing with any maintenance issues
?Tenancy agreements and deposits
?Providing exceptional customer service
The successful candidate will:
?Will have a minimum of 6 months? experience working within residential lettings
?Strong organisation skills
?Polished and well presented
?Full UK driving license
You will have the ability to work to deadlines, to be a problem solver and be able to remain calm under pressure.
