The Lettings Accounts Office role combines general lettings administration with client account processing.  A typical day will involve receipting rental payments, paying landlords and producing statements, liaising with colleagues, authorising supplier invoices, and assisting with the day to day running of the lettings accounts office while delivering the highest levels of customer service.  
 
You should be enthusiastic, a team player and have the following qualities:
 
·Meticulous and able to process a large workload quickly and accurately
·Numerate with excellent communication skills, both verbal & written.
·Confident and able to work under pressure
·Proficient in Word, Excel and Microsoft Office
·Able to work independently & multi-task
·Organised and able to prioritise, plan & operate diary systems
 
Previous lettings experience is preferred and a positive ‘can do’ attitude is essential.   A comprehensive training programme will be available.
 
Location: Cheltenham Town Centre
 
Hours: Part-time – Flexible hours
 
Salary: Up to £28,000 pro-rata
