Our busy client in Cheltenham now requires a Part Time Lettings Administrator to work 2/3 days per week.
As a lettings administrator in this successful team, the requirement is for a proactive, versatile and self assured individual.
You will be a mature thinker with the ability to communicate at all levels and will have first rate organisational skills.
Duties will include:
-Co ordinating and undertaking day to day administration associated with the letting and management department
-Progression of tenancy applications and agreements
-Ensuring regular contact with landlord and tenants
-Ensuring procedure at all stages of the application are completed effectively and efficiently
-Honest with a strong moral compass
-Very administration focused
-Organised with a keen eye for detail
-Lettings knowledge is essential
-Hardworking and able to take direction.
Property administration experience is preferred for this role ad knowledge of current legislation would be an advantage.
