An exciting opportunity exists for a successful candidate to join a busy Recruitment business. Joining our team you will be providing sales administration services to a team of highly successful Recruitment Consultants based in Cheltenham, plus some support to our franchised network throughout the UK.

To be considered for this role you will be an energetic and enthusiastic person who has a mature approach, willingness to learn and pride yourself on your excellent communication skills and personal presentation. You possess exceptional attention to detail and are able to juggle multiple deadlines. You are dedicated to your responsibilities and work well under pressure and always strive to provide quality and service to our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include;

To provide six-star service and to meet and exceed the expectations of Recruitment Consultants, performing administrative duties associated with supporting a successful sales team.

To adhere to systems and procedures established for the sales administration process, including strict adherence to compliance.


SKILLS

Proven experience working in sales administration

Superior computer skills and understanding of Microsoft applications and database management

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict guidelines and deadline.

Vacancy hours- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8.30-12.30pm
