A high caliber and customer focused firm in Monmouth is seeking a Part Time Administrator to join their team 3 days a week!
The ideal person must have Estate Agency experience to be considered for this role!
The hours for this position must include most Saturdays and 2 days in the week.
Duties to include:
-Assisting with floor plans
-Generating formal notification's of offers
-Occasional sales progression
-General office administration support
-Ensuring the window displays are correct and up to date
-Answering the phone
Duties will vary and you must be expected to lend a hand wherever is required.
-Well presented and articulate
-Excellent administration and grammatical skills
-Organised with great time keeping
-Polite with a good telephone manner
-Able to multi task
-Property experience is ESSENTIAL
