Job Description

To work as a member of a busy team in the Kidlington office.

The Sales & Lettings Administrator will own the relationship with the applicant tenants, coordinating their credit referencing, preparing a new Tenancy Agreement, taking care to include any special clauses required by that landlord, loading the Tenancy Agreement on to Docusign, and liaising with all parties to sign and return the document for filing.

Throughout the process the Administrator will maintain regular positive communications with the tenants, any guarantors and the property landlord, keeping all parties informed ensuring that deadlines are met. As part of the sales administration, the Administrator will liaise with vendors and buyers to obtain ID and terms of business as well as sales chasing to progress through to completion, updating of property details online, some marketing descriptions and video tours.

The office is busy and due to expand, the individual needs to be comfortable working in a team environment and able to remain calm and composed at all times, delivering consistently high quality service with an ability to remain productive.

Required skills & experience:
Candidates must be:
confident users of Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word as a minimum);
experienced user of enterprise management software;
experienced in preparing legal or similar agreements;
Track record in delivering customer service both in person and via the telephone;
Previous experience of electronic document signature software is an advantage;
Ability to demonstrate a track record of organising and managing busy and complex administration
