Our client are well established, good quality firm in Witney and are seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their vibrant office.

The role will include the following responsibilities -

- Conducting viewings
- Generating new business, and being able to bring and contribute ideas to generate new business
- Provide valuations and manage rent increases
- Arranging of diary
- To adhere to a target based scheme for bringing new business to the company.
- To negotiate lettings with both landlords and tenants and always keep landlords updated
- To follow the new tenancy from start to finish
- Other ad hoc duties

The Applicant our client are looking for must be career driven with a hunger to generate new business and provide a superior standard of customer service. You must have a team working attitude with a great personality and always be willing to go that extra mile.

A full, clean drivers license and access to your own car are essential.
