Our client are a highly reputable independent Estate Agency and Lettings company who are now looking for a Build to Rent Operations Manager to join their Marylebone Office in Central London.
The focus of the role is to support the operational management, mobilisation and expansion of their build to rent portfolio and to assist with the development and delivery of their build to rent services.
Some responsibilities but not limited:
·Support on the operational delivery and block management of the existing build to rent portfolio
·Provide technical support and training on block management to their operational teams involved with delivering build to rent
·Develop block management processes, including standard operating procedures for BTR and block, and assist in developing their approach to asset management, including their systems and digital approach
·Lead on day-to-day contact for some of their build to rent clients, and support with the key client relationships
·Assist with consultancy input on scheme design, management strategies, feasibility and operational support
·Work on Business development and tender for new opportunities
·Assist with client services and requests, including liaising with internal teams on behalf of clients
·Manage interactions with field teams and ensure timely and accurately completion of all cyclical reporting
·Be a positive influence within the team helping to maintain a mutually supportive and team orientated environment
·Contribute to cross-selling and other opportunities by understanding the functions of and communicating effectively with other departments
Essential Skills & Experience:
·Block Management experience and skill set including MIRPM qualification if possible.
·Residential Lettings – ARLA qualified potentially with experience in residential property management
·Or Operational experience gained in BTR environment, which may include exposure to block management, leasing-up and residential property management
·Experience in managing key client relationships, including presentation of operational reports
·Technical building management knowledge
·Experience in managing contractor and supplier relationships
·Experience of process design and improvement
·Experience of managing service delivery teams
Desirable Skills & Experience:
·Knowledge of Build to Rent and the wider property industry
·Knowledge and understanding of lettings procedures/process
·A proven track record in Residential lettings and management
·Team working
