A professional and experienced Assistant Contracts Manager/Operations Manager is required for this Established and reputable Construction brand, based in East Lincolnshire.
Our client is a busy, professional and market leading firm in Lincolnshire. They are currently looking for an experienced candidate who has a hard work ethic, is driven with experience and common sense.
The successful candidate ideally will have worked in a busy and vibrant construction office environment before and will have great people/team skills as on occasion will be dealing with clients over the phone and face to face.
Duties will include :
To assist contract managers in their daily duties
Liaise and organise sub contractors
Purchase of materials
Hire of equipment
issue purchase orders
Stock control and reordering
Organising of company vehicles
The successful candidate will be of smart appearance, have good administration and organisational skills, be of a mature character and friendly natured.
Salary is dependent on experience, working hours are Monday to Friday.
