A great opportunity to join a reputable Property Firm in Manchester.

Looking for an Operations Director who has experience and the desire, to manage a rapidly expanding property portfolio, the main function of the role is to oversee all elements of the Facilities and Estate Management teams, ensuring each property is lawfully maintained in accordance with the standards, policies and values of the Company.

Job role and Key skills required:

- To manage the estates and facilities management teams, ensuring all individuals are hitting targets and KPI?s set by the senior management team.

- To form a strong management team and implement relevant software within a rapidly growing company.
- To ensure the stakeholders are receiving the service levels expected; providing a level of communication and interest which satisfies the holistic needs of the stakeholder.
- To set budgetary requirements for freeholds with multiple schedules.

- To provide a high standard of customer service management to all stakeholders.

- To produce expenditure reports and presenting all such information to leaseholders, tenants and clients.

- To pitch for business development opportunities with external stakeholders.
- To be responsible for the effective management of all escalated complaints, by any leaseholder.

- To liaise and maintain relationships with all stakeholders or third-party organisations, which have significant interest - or provide opportunity ? to operations.

- Managing and auditing staff to ensure they carry out their duties to an appropriate standard, in line with HR procedures, and to carry out disciplinary/grievance procedures with the support of HR and Management.

- To promote and contribute to the Company culture and values.

- To produce a high standard of reports, ensuing all the required information is delivered in a timely, accurate and in the required format.

The ideal candidate for the role will be RIC's qualified (essential) and will have leaseholder management and liaison experience. You will also have facilities management and service charge budgeting experience.

The role requires travel to sites across the UK so a full driving license is essential.
