My client is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, proactive and forward thinking candidate to join their team in Peterborough.
The successful candidate will be smart and professional at all times, punctual and will have excellent customer service and leadership skills
Your responsibilities are as follows –
·To assist in the management of our busy city centre office, helping to ensure that turnover exceeds well above the average break-even figure.
·To aid and assist the client registration process, ensuring that all ‘house to sell’ opportunities are identified and followed up.
·‘Applicant registration’ review to be carried out once per week as an opportunity to recap and ensure that incomplete registrations throughout the week have been followed up ((R/move enquiries where messages have been left, GDPR consent etc).
·Overseeing the Vendor check process to ensure that all vendors are contacted on a weekly basis with updates.
·Constant review of low performing properties, identifying those that require focus and implementing further action where necessary.
·Occasional assistance in the offer management process.
·Coaching of the Sales Negotiators.
·Support in assisting with the overflow of Market Appraisals
·Helping to maximise on all F/S and Conveyancing opportunities
·Service own database of prospective purchasers
