·Process Anti-Money Laundering Due Diligence
·IT, telephone & e-mail systems
·Policies
BUILDING MANAGEMENT:
·Insurance
·Repairs
·Servicing
·Utilities
·Cars
HUMAN RESOURCES:
·Liaising with HR Dept
·Employment Matters
·Staff issues
·Confidential correspondence
STAFF MANAGEMENT):
·Managing administration team
·Holidays
·Staff Events
·Rotas
·Staff Files
·Training
EVENT MANAGEMENT:
·Sponsorship
·Social
GENERAL
·To provide support/holiday cover to the administration team, when required
