Our client are a successful friendly, family run lettings, property management and estate agency office. Letting and managing over 400 properties for private landlords and tenants in the Bradford area.
They pride themselves on providing the best service possible to their clients in a friendly, efficient and professional manner.
They are looking to recruit a “think outside the box type” person who can work very closely in tandem with their lettings and estate agency office team to ensure smooth running of all administrative and accounts aspects of the business.
The candidate must be capable of running all aspects of the office as and when required and to be able to deal with any situation that arises.
General duties will include :- general property marketing, arranging diary appointments, tenancy applications, referencing, move ins, ensuring property certification is up to date, organising repairs, managing and organising vacant / upcoming properties, arranging inspections and dealing with a host of general queries from clients, landlords and tenants.
Accounts duties will include using Jupix Software to :- receipt tenancy rents, pay landlords, pay contractors, invoice, reconcile the client bank account, deal with rent arrears \ debtors, liaise with all clients, serve legal notices where required, organise and keep up to date separate microsoft excel accounts for the office and a small in house maintenance team.
Management duties :- to work with directors of the business to ensure all office legal requirements are up to date, insurances, indemnities, vehicle insurances etc.
The candidate must be very organised and professional at all times. Have good record keeping skills, be flexible, IT literate, possess good people skills, be proactive and forward thinking, be able to work under pressure and be prepared to give 100% at all times. In this rewarding job, no day is ever the same.
Must also be able to further assist in the development of the business, so previous lettings or estate agency experience is essential.

Hours of work
9am to 5.00 pm Mon – Friday
9am to 12 pm Sat – every alternate weekend in exchange for 1 afternoon off in that same week..
20 Days per annum
