A quality independent Lettings firm in Sheffield are looking to recruit a talented Office Manager to join their successful firm.

The purpose of the position is to manage a small team of Negotiators and Administrators ensuring a smooth day to day process is held in the office and that monthly figures are met.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years industry knowledge and will ideally be at Assistant Branch Manager level.

Duties to include but are not limited to:

·Deposits
·Check in's and check out's
·Inventories
·Vendor contact and care
·Some general administration duties
·Negotiating tenancy renewals
·maintenance issues
·Speaking with contractors
·Database maintenance
·Arranging gas, electric and water checks
·Inputting invoices
·Up selling
·Complaint handling
·Serving notices


The ideal candidate will:

·Have a full UK driving license - essential
·Good knowledge of the industry and legislation
·Eager to please and highly motivated
·Career focused
·Managerial experience would be ideal

Office Hours - 9:00 until 5:30 Monday to Friday and one Saturday in 4 10:00 till 2:00
