We currently have an exciting opportunity for a NATIONAL PORTFOLIO LANDLORD MANAGER to work as flexible key member of the Business Development Team with OTE of £60,000 pa. You can be based anywhere in the UK but ideally an area with good motorway access to other parts of the country as this role will involve lots of travelling nationwide.
You will be responsible for delivering growth within a market leading environment, particularly with regards to new business development of Landlords with multi property portfolios along with the relationship management of new and existing clients . You will also take a key part in pitches, being the main speaker where required ensuring a decisive and confident delivery.
Working closely with the Business Development Team the successful candidate will be responsible for originating new business opportunities ideally through existing industry contacts and acquiring new clients. You will be comfortable and confident in working using your own initiative to keep up to date with new and emerging markets to identify new business opportunities.
In order to succeed in this role you must have Lettings Industry experience specifically to at least a Senior Lettings Manager level. You will also have extensive experience in generating new business to achieve challenging business goals in a multi-client environment.
The ideal candidate will be a Business Focused individual with effective communication skills with an adaptable, flexible approach. You will have strong problem solving and decision making capabilities and have the confidence to work using your own self initiative. ARLA/NFOPP qualification would also be desirable.
This is a nationwide role that will require visiting clients on location across the UK, so frequent travel will be required. Normal working hours apply however there will be a requirement to work flexibly as business needs dictate.
The successful candidate will receive a basic salary in the region of £32-40,000 and on target earnings in the region of £60,000pa.
