AMR are working with an International Real Estate business who have a number of new homes sales covering different developments in 2022.
Their client base of development sales instructions is market leading and offers talented and ambitious New Homes Sales Manager a platform to sell some of London’s most sought-after and exciting residential developments located across the capital. The new homes sales portfolio comprises over 60 live development instructions from London’s leading developers and housebuilders.
As the New Home Sales Manager, you will:
·Oversee the full residential development sales process.
·Seek new opportunities of growth and win new business through networking and pitching to potential clients.
·Manage the day-to-day office and staff requirements is necessary, including reporting, forecasting, and managing budgets.
·Recruit for and train the New Homes team, ensuring each team member is engaged and performing.
The ideal candidate:
·Must have previous new home sales experience with a builder/developer
·Ability to represent the developer’s brand to the highest of standards, at all times
·Outstanding sales consulting and closing abilities are essential
·Must be empathetic, compassionate and exhibit consideration, at all times
·Strong organisational, time management skills along with attention to detail is key
·Be an active team player, encouraging the team and themselves to succeed
·Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential
·Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products
