Our client seeks a polished and professional candidate for their New Homes department in Oxford as New Homes Sales Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Have an in depth understanding of and insight into the local property market
·Track and collate comparable evidence and market research data
·Cross discipline working with other departments especially Development, Land and Residential
·Manage sales sites including co-ordinating marketing campaign
·Report to client as required, and ensure all targets are met or exceeded
·Attend client meetings and recommend sales strategy through life of the development
·Drive sales forward by adopting a pro-active attitude to all lead generation and deal closing activities
·Maintain records and data on company software and carry out regular applicant relationship management
·Follow health and safety and compliance procedures at all times

In addition to the tasks described above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties.

·Ability to work in a high volume, high pressure environment

Experience of new homes sales, either in agency or on site is essential: ideally minimum of five years’
