We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our clients friendly team as the lead sales specialist in New Homes. The successful candidate must have a proven track record in Estate Agency with New Homes an advantage. Our client has specialised in new home sales over the past 5 years and this role will be to work with existing developer clients to provide outstanding sales support on their existing portfolio, winning new business and working to targets to help the business achieve its goals.
You will need to be a high performer and excel in the following:
Sales – deliver an exemplary end to end sales service including viewings, sales progression, show home support, build sales etc
Negotiation – you will have mastered the art of negotiation and be able to sell yourself, the company and the product
Organisation – this is a busy role and you will be overseeing many deals at a time so you will need to be disciplined and organised.
Communication – you will have excellent communication skills and regularly update clients and customers
Admin – everything must be recorded on the CRM system, Regulations such as GDPR, CPR and AML compliant and you must be able to demonstrate good time management and self-motivation.
