New Homes Sales Advisor
An exciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen on a prestigious development in NE3 for an enthusiastic and capable Sales Advisor.
Great basic package and generous commission structure which will reward success.
Identify all potential buyers and secure quality viewings and visitors to site.
Follow up visitors/viewings to secure reservations.
Undertake negotiations, providing prompt reports on progress and successful sales.
Monitor sale through to completion, achieving agreed time-scales for exchange of contracts.
Provide financial referral leads.
Supply accurate statistical information as required by the client and line manager.
Achieve agreed sales performance targets.
Provide regular contact with the client in accordance with their requirements.
Comply with all relevant legislation in relation to the Land and New Homes operation.
Deal promptly with any complaints in accordance with company procedure.
Distribute sales brochures in relevant public places; libraries, schools, surgeries etc.
Maintain effective directional signage.
Carry out duties as requested by Line Manager to ensure the effective operation of the New Homes department.
Hours of work: Thurs - Mon including Bank Holidays.
