An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a successful, forward thinking estate agency in the Teignbridge and Exeter areas as a new homes negotiator with salary up to £30,000pa.
Our client is searching for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join their new homes team overseeing a variety of new homes developments across Exeter and Teignbridge as a New Homes Negotiator.
·This will be a 5 days a week position covering Monday – Friday with occasional weekend work when required.
·Previous estate agency or new homes experience.
·Target driven and creative ability to think outside the box.
·Ability to work well as part of a team as well as individually.
·Potential to earn additional income via other stream such as mortgage and solicitor referrals.
·Contacting customers via phone outs, walk-in registration, booking and attending viewings and negotiating offers through to sales.
The role will include working with our branches to deliver consistent sales performance and ongoing support to our developer clients.
