Experienced new homes sales negotiator required for established and extremely sought-after Estate Agency based in the Exeter area.  This will be working in the New Homes department in their beautiful central Exeter office and have an expected OTE of up to £30,000 per annum.
 
The role will be to negotiate and administer all aspects of the New Homes portfolio, providing the highest level of customer support to clients.
 
To work pro-actively with the New Homes Manager and to maintain and grow the portfolio and to assist in the promotion and marketing of the properties.
 
Main Duties
 
·To pro-actively arrange and undertake viewings and to work to targets as set out by the New Homes Sales Manager
·To market, negotiate and administer New Homes sales, producing property details and undertaking all necessary requirements to market the properties.
·To monitor sales as they proceed, liaising with all parties.
·To maintain and bolster existing client relations.
·To increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of agreed business targets.
·To develop relations with new clients and developers and to actively promote the company and grow the business.
·To actively prospect for new business.
·Manage client’s expectations throughout the purchasing process
·Answer incoming calls, emails and correspondence and deal with accordingly
·Promote other related services within Wilkinson Grant – valuations, finance, second-hand sales, lettings etc.
·To report on a weekly and monthly basis to the Management team.
·To pro-actively liaise with the Sales Department, keeping them up to date on new homes developments, ensuring departmental integration.
·Any other duties as directed by the New Homes Manager.

Hours:                   8.45am to 6pm Monday to Friday plus one in three Saturdays 9am to 2.30pm
