A thriving New Homes developer is looking to recruit an experienced Weekend Sales Negotiator to work on their site in Leeds.
Our client pride themselves on exceeding the expectations of customer and employee alike, with an enviable reputation they need a first class addition to their team.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
· Booking Viewings
· Attending Viewings
· Dealing with all enquiries
· Registering applicants
· Negotiating Offers
· Viewing Feedback
· Some Administration
· Sales Progression
The ideal Candidate will have:
· Estate Agency Experience.
· A full UK driving license
· General administration skills
· Target driven attitude
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Polite and Well Spoken
· Strong Local Knowledge
· Knowledge of Financial Services, Conveyancing and Surveys
Working hours will be Saturday and Sunday 11:00am till 4:00pm up until the site is sold and completed.
