My client is a dynamic, professional and switched-on Property Investment, Sales and lettings agency based in Aldgate, East London and they have built up a successful base of satisfied vendors, landlords and tenants, because of their attention to detail, their down-to-earth, professional manner and the fact that they are members of the Estate Agents Ombudsman Scheme and regulated by The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA).

Their portfolio includes Apartments, Houses and Developments for sale and for rent in Canary Wharf, Shoreditch, Whitechapel, Islington, Marylebone, Isle of Dogs, Brick Lane, Docklands, Wapping, Mile End, London Bridge, The City and beyond. 

The successful candidate will have the passion for a career in sales and interest in the Property market, whilst focusing mainly on New Homes you will answer enquiries, register new applicants and chasing leads.

Job Specifications:
As one of the branch New Homes Consultants your responsibilities will include generating new business, negotiations with clients and managing the sales process. Your role will require you to provide expertise in the company's product, negotiate with clients and manage the sales process. The position offers a basic salary of £22-25,000 with an OTE of £55,000 - £60,000+ per annum, made up of commissions and bonuses.

To succeed as a New Homes Consultant you will need to be able to perform the following tasks:
·Answering enquiries and registering new applicants.
·Keeping the company's database up to date.
·Conducting market research.
·Progressing sales and negotiating with clients.
·Ensuring literature is materially correct and up to date.
·Selling homes off plan.
·Providing up to date advice on the marketing of the property as well as market conditions.

The successful candidate will have:
·Extensive experience in sales.
·An excellent work ethic.
·Can-do attitude.
·Experience using Reapit would be advantageous – not essential.

Working Hours
Monday - Friday 8.30- 6.30
Saturday 9-3
