Our client is a well established developer and new homes builder, with a new development in West Yorkshire.
Specialising and priding themselves on quality construction, customer service and design, they now require a full time Sales Negotiator.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and energetic individual who is self disciplined, self motivated and able to use their own initiative to work independently.
Excellent communication skills and professional attitude are essential, with the ability to influence sales and the companies existing quality image by providing an excellent customer service. Experience within the property sales industry is essential.
Duties to include:
·Establish customers wants and needs and match them to the available plots
·Communicating both face to face and on the telephone
·Maintaining the customer database
·Use initiative to promote sales
·Providing excellent customer service
·Daily administration duties
·Negotiating sales on properties
·Promoting a strong prestigious brand image
·Cross selling other available products
·Progressing individual cases from reservation to completion
Working hours are Thursday to Monday 10:30am to 5:00pm
