An impeccable and well respected developer is seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to join their team.

Eager to secure a confident and polished individual, this  role will suit a tenacious and business hungry property professional who has a good understanding of the property industry and New Homes. You must be very willing to go the extra mile and confident representing the firm.

The site in Castle Cary, Somerset has 72 bespoke and unique properties, the ideal person will be able to join the team by early August if not before.

Duties to include:

·Meeting and greeting people on new homes site
·Sourcing leads
·Following up enquiries
·Attending business winning meetings
·Some administration
·Assisting with Sales Progression

Duties will vary, and you will be expected to lend a hand wherever is required throughout the business.

The working hours for this role will be 5 days a week and must include Saturdays and Sundays.  

The ideal person:

·Business motivated
·Vibrant person who is very approachable
·The preferred person will have New Homes Experience, however applicants from an Estate Agency or Lettings background may be considered.
·A passion for new homes
·Very polished and well presented
·Nicely spoken
·Ability to relate to all levels of people
·Confident to source new business
·Driven and highly motivated
·Organised with great time keeping skills
·A fantastic net-worker who can generate new leads
·A great telephone manner
