New Homes Sales Negotiator
My Client are a busy Independent Estate Agent. They currently have a vacancy for a New Homes Negotiator, to be based in their office, on a permanent basis.
The role of the New Home Sales Negotiator will involve all aspects of new build property sales: dealing with enquiries, liaising with developers, arranging viewing and mortgage appointments, negotiating sales and following them through to completion.
The successful candidate must have previous Estate Agency experience ideally within the new homes sector. Other essential requirements are strong negotiation skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Negotiable basic salary and generous commission structure.
