Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer
This is a successful, progressive independent agent looking to expand their friendly team in the Peterborough area.
The successful candidate will need to have a proven track record (minimum 2 years) with lots of great property experience under their belt. They will need to be professional and well presented as well as hold the desire to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities: Generating market appraisals. Attending market appraisals. Marketing and door knocking. Administration & using in-house system. Attending viewings. Negotiating offers. Generating viewings. Taking properties on to the market. Increasing market share.
Requirements for the role: Knowledge of the local area. Full clean UK driving licence. Excellent knowledge of the local property market. Self-motivated and driven to succeed/achieve results. Target-driven. Ability to close for business.
ALTHOUGH THIS IS A DUAL ROLE, WOULD CONSIDER TAKING ON BOTH A SALES VALUER AND A NEGOTIATOR FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATES.
Salary/ Package: Negotiable dependant on experience.
