SALES AND LETTINGS VALUER, LINCOLN
 
Our clients are a multi office brand situated in the beautiful, historic city of Lincoln, now seeking a high calibre experienced Sales/Lettings Valuer.
 
Reporting directly to the director, you will be a key member of the team. You will need drive, determination, and flexibility as well as a proactive approach to accomplish results whilst having an eye for detail and opportunities.
Responsibilities:
·prospecting for new business in sales and lettings
·developing client relationships and communication to maximise business opportunities
· conducting valuations as well as viewings with the focus on property portfolio growth.
·Gain business through ad-hoc marketing events, social media, local events and networking;
·To provide an exceptional customer experience.
 
Required experience:
·Minimum 2 years Property Industry/ Estate Agency experience
·Ideally ARLA qualified.
·Full Driving License
·Use of Car
 
Full Time role, a generous salary and commissions package is being offered dependent on experience.
