Our client is a prestigious firm of property agents with an excellent reputation within the industry. They are currently seeking an experienced property administrator/negotiator to fill a full time role within their busy Abingdon office with a set salary in the region of £23,000 per annum.
The ideal candidate will be a polished individual with excellent people skills and be a real team player. This is a really important role within the office as you will be client facing and a key member of staff. The role will be dealing with all manner of administration within the office so you must be proficient with Microsoft Office and be able to pick up working within their software easily although they understand you may not have used it before so training will be given.

In house systems to be trained on arrival
You will also be spending time out of the office carrying out viewings on residential sales properties so you would need your own car. This is an exciting and varied role dealing with properties in the middle to upper end of the market.
They are seeking someone to work Monday - Fridays 8.45 - 5.30pm and Saturdays on rota 9-1pm. Highly competitive salary of £24,000 per annum.
