Our client is a top quality firm who has an exceptional reputation within the industry. Due to their continued success they need an experienced Administrator/Negotiator to work within their busy office.
This is a diverse role and you must expect to lend a hand when it's required throughout the business. For this particular role, duties will include:
- General administration
- Supporting senior members of staff
- Attending viewings
- Speaking with clients on a regular basis
- Delivering viewing feedback
- Production of the branch's marketing material
- Playing a key part in seeing sales through to completion
- Marketing properties
The ideal candidate will have a full driving license and access to their own car. You will also be very customer centric and have a keen eye for detail. The preferred candidate will come from a property background.
