Our client are an expanding brand and are looking for a high calibre individual to join their team as a sales negotiator.
Working closely with the directors in a small friendly team, the key responsibilities of the role will include:
-Dealing with website enquiries
-Meeting and greeting in the office
-Phoning out and keep up to date the database
-Booking and attending viewings
-Basic office administration
The ideal candidate for the role will come from a property based background and will ideally have a minimum of 12 Months experience at negotiator level. You will be very customer focused with the ability to deal with people at all levels.
You will be professional and have a genuine interest in property with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
