Âˇ Generating Market Appraisals
Âˇ Dealing with all enquiries
Âˇ Registering applicants
Âˇ Negotiating Offers
Âˇ Viewing Feedback
Âˇ Vendor Care
Âˇ Some Administration
Âˇ Sales Progression
The ideal Candidate will have:
Âˇ Several Years Estate Agency Experience.
Âˇ A full UK driving license
Âˇ General administration skills
Âˇ Target driven attitude
Âˇ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Âˇ Polite and Well Spoken
Âˇ Strong Local Knowledge
Âˇ Knowledge of Financial Services, Conveyancing and Surveys
