My client is an independent estate agent that not only has an unrivalled knowledge of the local area and property market but also offers a more personal service to their clients, they have 3 offices within the South East London area and cover several divisions including Property Management, Land and New Homes department and a Commercial department offering a bespoke service to many clients in this sometimes complex area of estate agency.
They are passionate about delivering excellent client experiences every time, by offering a complete range of property services from their experienced and knowledgeable property experts.

They are currently looking for a Sales Negotiator add to team in Lee to assist in the development of the Sales Branch, working as part of a team to maximise business opportunities.

Responsibilities -
• Grow volume of new business and income production to the branch
• Accountable quality of customer care
• Meet targets set by line manager
• Report weekly statistics to line manager
• Register & qualify applicants
• Arrange appointments to view properties
• Ensure properties are relevant & appropriate for applicant needs
• Work pro-actively to ensure all properties are exposed to the maximum amount of applicants
• Conduct viewings
• Identify other potential business opportunities and ensure referral to the appropriate division
• Ensure vendors/purchasers are kept up to date regularly at least twice a week
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties being marketed in branch and throughout network
• Ensure applicants are managed regularly - minimum 2 times per week
• Ensure phone is answered appropriately and professionally within 3 rings
• Deliver canvassing material to the local area daily in accordance with instructions from line manager
• Oversee sales progression of files
