An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a leading Estate Agent in Swindon. Our client has a reputation for quality customer service, dedication to both their vendors and landlords as well as providing an efficient service.
The position, a negotiator to work on both sales and lettings. Although experience of both would be preferred it is not essential. You do however, need at least 6 months experience within the industry. The company are happy to help develop the skills needed for anyone without prior knowledge of both.
The main duties of a Negotiator will include:
- Attending Sales and Lettings viewings
- Market Appraisal Generation
- Delivering Viewing Feedback
- Dealing with all Enquiries for both sales and lettings
- Registration of Applicants
- Liaising with Vendors and Landlords
- Offer Negotiation
- Providing Exceptional Customer Service
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Minimum of 6 Months Experience in Estate Agency or Lettings
- Full UK Driving License
- Dedication and Strong Motivation skills
- Hardworking
- Polite and Well Mannered
- Passionate about the Property Industry
- Proficient with computers and software
- Strong Local Knowledge
