A unique and exciting challenge has arisen for a talented Sales and Lettings professional to join a well-respected Independent City Centre Agent
Tenant enquiries, viewings, ensuring properties are advertised to the highest standard, Rightmove reports, property inspections.
1.All overnight Tenant enquiries in Inbox printed off and followed up by phone and email at the start of the day.
2.Tenant enquiries checked in Inbox and printed off regularly throughout the day. All Tenant enquiries responded to by phone and email within 2 hours during the day where possible.
3.Update window cards
4.Printed Tenant enquiries put into the relevant section of the 1-31 Folder where contact is not established (Tenants looking to move within same or next month – Phoned and emailed on Day 1, phoned on Day 2 and phoned and emailed on Day 7. Tenants looking to move after next month – Emailed and enquiry put into relevant month).
5.Relevant day checked in 1 – 31 Folder and enquiries responded to as per sequence above. Enquiries in following month checked and entered in to current month sequence where appropriate.
6.When available, take walk in and over the phone Tenant enquiries during the day. Complete Tenant enquiry card, match with suitable properties, book appointment/s, and file card in relevant section of 1 – 31 Folder.
7.Confirm viewing appointment with occupier where necessary.
8.Conduct all viewings where possible, as per training instruction. Advise Viewer on any property related matters, liaising with the Landlord where necessary. Be satisfied of Viewers suitability and ability to apply for property before proceeding. Advise Viewers of Tenant Application Process.
9.Follow up viewings the following day.
10.Rightmove and other property portals to be checked and updated to show correct dates, photos, descriptions, and other information.
11.Customer and Office Property Lists updated twice a week.
12.Appointment letters sent as required.
13.Carry out property inspections and follow up inspections of tenanted properties, as trained.
14.Canvassing letters typed and sent as required.
15.Other office enquiries dealt with as necessary.
1.Conduct meeting with Manager to discuss priority properties to let, rent price and advertising strategies for each property (including discussing refreshing of photos and descriptions where required), Rightmove Showcase property selection, feedback for Landlords, and access issues.
2.Rightmove reports and letters prepared and sent to all relevant properties (all new properties, managed and intro re-lets).
1.Meet with Manager to go through 1 – 31 Folder, KPI’s and Leads analysis.
2.Handing in to Branch Manager of completed commission sheets and mileage forms before the last working day of each month.
