Our client is a well-respected Estate Agency with a great national reputation whos currently seeking a Sales and Lettings Negotiator to work within their established office in Lewes. They will consider a trainee for this position as full training will be given but you must have a sales background to be considered for this position.
The ideal candidate must be an outstanding negotiator and an exceptional business winner.

The role will involve but will not be limited to the following:
Servicing current clients and proactively winning new business.
Devising and implementing strategies to gain new instructions.
Marketing properties to potential buyers and tenants.
Arranging and attending property viewings.
Maintaining regular contact with vendors, buyers and other parties.
Dealing with all financial/legal matters relating to the sales and lettings process.
Guiding vendors, buyers and tenants through the sales and rental process from agreement to legal completion.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Previous sales negotiator is essential
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skill
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent customer service skills
Working Hours consist of:
Monday to Saturday 08.30 " 18.00 Saturday 09.00 " 16.00 (day of in lieu) 4 weeks holiday plus bank holidays.
Basic Salary £16,000 - £18,000 OTE £25,000
