An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a candidate with experience of Lettings Accounts to join a very well-respected independent Estate Agency in Amersham.
My client has a reputation built on providing exceptional levels of service over 30 years and they are looking for a candidate with experience of Lettings Accounts to join their friendly team. The role will consist of chasing rents, paying landlords and dealing with general lettings accounts administration across my client’s portfolio of managed units.
You will be organised, trustworthy, friendly and keen to work within a friendly award-winning team.
Requirements:
·Previous Lettings accounts experience.
·Presentable
·Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
·To be able to work as part of a team.
·Excellent IT Skills
