Sales Negotiator
Our client are a multi office independent Estate Agency and due to expansion and growth they are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their friendly team in South Woodford.
Some key responsibilities but not limited:
·Registering applicants
·Booking and attending viewings
·Providing feedback to vendors
·Matching purchasers to their requirements
·Marketing of properties
Ideal candidate
·1 year previous experience in Estate Agency
·Polite, professional and well presented
·Excellent communication skills
·High level of customer service skills
·Ability to build and maintain relationships quickly
·Driving licence and own car
Monday - Saturday with a day off in lieu
Salary £18,000 - £21,000 depending on experience
OTE £30,000
