My client are an Independent, multi office Estate Agents in Grantham. Due to increased business levels they are looking for a Lettings Administrator/Negotiator to join their friendly and busy team.
The ideal candidate will have good software and administration skills, ideally in a lettings or property background. They will also be expected to support the Lettings Manager in their day to day duties.
Duties will include but not limited to:
????????????? Applicant registration and follow up?
????????????? Property viewings
????????????? Managing your offers & Lettings Progressions?
????????????? General welcoming and assisting of walk in clients & applicants and responding to telephone, e-mail and other digital leads
????????????? Database maintenance

?A full UK driving licence & own car essential

The ideal candidate will be very organized and some previous residential lettings experience is ideal. You must also have exceptional administration skills and be a personable team focused individual who prides themselves on delivering first class customer service.
