Our client is a well established Lettings Company who have offices in London, Birmingham and Sheffield. They are currently looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator who can also do Property Management with at least 2 years’ experience, well presented and self-motivated with the capability of working on their own and is target driven. Initially the candidate will be working from home but an office is being acquired and the successful candidate will be required to spend part of the week in the office when available. This position will cover the Birmingham and North Warwickshire.
The candidate must have knowledge of current Lettings Legislation.
·Deal with all incoming calls as appropriate and registering applicants
·Managing email leads that come through overnight from property portals and booking viewings
·Arranging and carrying out viewings as required and establishing rapport with applicants
·Promoting properties to tenants using various marketing/social media techniques
·Prepare sign up paperwork and carry out right to rent checks
·Prepare adverts on all eportals platforms
·Coordinate Property Maintenance
·Negotiating renewals when applicable for properties and managing the paperwork
·Ensure any ending tenancies and properties that are available on the market
·Coordinating move in/move out appointments where necessary
The candidate must have a clean driving licence and their own car.
Our client will pay a generous basic salary of up to £25,500 depending on experience and there will be a discretionary annual bonus.
