The ROLE of a Lister
As a Lister you will ignite the team's passion and desire to achieve a 50% increase in properties under management by developing systems of customer nurture and data-base management to Squeeze the Juice of lead potential and book appointments for conversion into instructions. Supporting the branch marketing effort with prospecting activity of all kinds from outbound calling, creation of Void Letters through to regular and thoughtful content aimed at generating attendees for seminars, leads to prospect and appointments to value.  
 
The Responsibilities of a Lister
·Convert enquiries into appointments through nurture and prospecting the data base
·Convert new enquiries into appointments using exceptional selling and closing skills
·Respond to enquiries from all sources in accordance with the Sales Process
·Monitor all enquiry levels providing breakdown of sources
·Create daily stats identifying data relating to all enquiry, viewings, valuations as required
·Manage property uploading administration to include images, funnel, floorplan and video
·Ensure instruction checklist is complete and collect EPC, AML, POO, etc
·Monitor social media intently, replying and responding throughout day and evening
·Participate in Social Media marketing by scheduling and posting as required
·Arrange and promote landlord seminars through all channels and hustle hour activity
·Ensure Seminar checklist is completed to maximise interest
·Orchestrate a weekly Branch Manager email to LL group
·Deliver all personal diary actions - include EOT notes
·Deliver valuation follow up for archived valuations, non-current failed vals and W/D
·Deliver the Void letter canvassing system with 20 letters per day average minimum
·Conduct cold calling activity using private adverts, gumtree, local FB groups - 5 per day
·Write blogs and content for use in branch publicity, social media and website
·Propsect daily to deliver 20 conversations per day
·Drive and control Hustle Hour to deliver targeted results
·Conduct client meetings to secure retained and new business
·Convert valuation appointments into instructions without fee compromise
·Achieve 75%+ fully managed instructions
 
The Rewards
Basic Salary up to £24,000 plus commission
OTE: Up to £43,200
